We will contact you and arrange an appointment in advance. We may ask you to come alone, if possible, so we can manage the number of people in the showroom.
We may ask you to return and wait in your car or outside the showroom to ensure you’re kept at a safe distance from other customers.
Hand gel will be available to use on arrival and throughout the showroom premises. We may ask you to wait in our lounge areas while we serve other customers. Unfortunately, we won’t be offering refreshments but feel free to bring your own.
Throughout our showrooms you may see signage indicating the frequency of cleaning.
There will be clear signage on the floor, marking dedicated areas and helping you keep a safe distance from other customers and our staff.
All of our staff will wear the necessary protective equipment (including masks, visors, gloves, or have Plexiglas shields on their desks) while they are on the premises of the showroom.
We follow a thorough and frequent sanitisation process for all vehicles in the showrooms and workshops. If you’d like, our sales staff and technicians can explain the process in detail.
The touchpoints in and outside of your vehicle would have been thoroughly cleaned and you may have noticed additional protective covers. The keys will be handed to you in a paper/plastic bag. We will attempt to do all paperwork electronically.
Following government advice, we are considering options to allow you to take unaccompanied test drives in our thoroughly sanitized vehicles.
